Movie

Yesterday in class, we watched a movie about this girl named Carrie who had special powers.  She had the ability to move things without touching them, she would use her mind.  This is called telekinesis.  I don't believe that people can actually have telekinetic powers.  There have been many movies on it like the one we watched.  In the movie Matilda, the main character had telekinetic powers and used her powers to her advantage.  I also read an article online about someone believing they had telekinetic powers and were later entered into a medical hospital because they were proved to be insane. In my opinion, these movies and articles are both fictional and there's no way that anybody could hold these powers in real life.
