Stress
This past week, I've been really stressed out. I found out that I failed an exam in my math class which brought my grade down to a 71 and my parents wouldn't let me drop the class, so I have to try and do really well on the final. Also, I had a really big business exam which is a class I also have a C in, but I studied all week and I feel really confident I did well. I have a problem of handling stress and whenever I get really stressed out I always break down and cry. I need to try and avoid doing that because it doesn't help me any, it just makes things worse. I need to put my stress on other things like working out or listening to music to calm myself down.
